A perfect home for multi family use with the following bed configuration; Main floor Bedroom 1 - Twin- King feature beds with fireplace and TV, full en-suite bath, Second Floor: Master Bedroom - King bed with open high lofted ceilings TV and extra Twin bed and a en-suite bath with Jacuzzi soaker tub and separate steam shower, Bedroom 3, Twin – King, Bedroom 4 - Queen bed and extra twin bed, - 3rd bath has a soaker tub and separate shower. 10 guests is the max capacity.

Main Floor:
Entrance is either from the front door to entrance foyer, or through the double garage into the boot storage/laundry room. Both entrances take you up the stairs the main large open living room/dining – a perfect room for a group setting. You feel welcome immediately. The entire main floor is one large open kitchen, dining and living room… The custom-made dining table set has seating for 10 guests. Patio doors on either side of this large room open to 1) – a patio deck with BBQ, private hot tub and 2) a patio deck with stunning mountain views. Excellent space for a family retreat. The spotless kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for a family or group stay. The main feature of this wide open room is the central wood burning Rock fireplace for that warm cozy winter wonderland cottage feel. On this main floor is bedroom 1, Twins to King feature bed, fireplace and TV, the main floor also has fully bath with shower for main floor and bedroom use.

Second Floor:
From the open room, a set of stairs takes you to the second bedroom floor. The stairs end in a lofted hall way area with the other 3 bedrooms and 2 large oversized baths. Bedroom 2 Twins to King feature beds, shares a large bathroom (separate soaker tub and shower), with bedroom 3 – a large room with Queen bed and extra twin bed. Bedroom 4 and the largest with high vaulted ceiling is the Master bedroom with King bed, TV, desk area and extra Twin bed. Fabulous views from all windows.
