Description:
This one bedroom Whistler condominium sits right on the shores of Alta Lake, so close you can throw a stone into the lake from your balcony. There is a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from the large living room picture window and private balcony.



In the summer, with its private dock and beach, its perfect for the kayak and canoe enthusiasts. A trip from Alta Lake thru nearby River of Golden Dreams to Green Lake and beyond is spectacular. A private beach for soaking up the sun, beautiful grass grounds withpicnic tables and barbeques complete your Whistler mountain holiday. You are minutes away from a network of walking trails and the Arnold Palmer golf course. In the winter, you can cross country ski or skate on the lake in your backdoor.



Although the setting is quiet and natural, you are a 3 minute drive to village shops, restaurants, skilifts and nightlife by car or by bus (leaves every 15 minutes from parking lot).



This condo has recently been completely renovated with new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and paint. It is always clean and well-maintained condo and is fully furnished including a 27" TV and DVD/VCR player and a fully equipped kitchen (including cookware, dishes and cutlery). Sleeping accomodation for four includes queensize pillow top bed, double sofa bed with firm Serta mattress,double futon bed and rollaway single bed.
