Welcome to our Whistler Mountain home at the "Glacier Lodge" situated across from the Fairmount Chateau Whistler Hotel in the upscale upper Village. Please check our availability calendar.
Location is everything and we are in the best! Minimum 3-4 night stay. We are 50 meters from the main Blackcomb Mountain Wizard Hi-Speed chair at Blackcomb base.Less than a 5 minute walk from the condo.
All our rates do not include Taxes and Cleaning cost [150.00].
Reviews: Great location and condo! We had a lovely stay at the Glacier Lodge in August 2014. There were 6 of us in the condo and stayed for 4 nights. The condo was clean, spacious, nice large kitchen table for family meals (all utensils/pots & pans/bowls you need are there), tv's in each room and 3 fans. This does NOT have air conditioning OR a bbq, which would have been nice in the summer, we moved the fans to the doors to cool off the main sitting area. The location is fantastic, they have a pool, storage for luggage or bikes, check in desk - extremely friendly staff - who will give you access codes to wifi (one for each devise) and answer any questions you will have. We would certainly stay here again, we parked our car and didn't use it until we left.
We enjoyed the village - walkable (5-10 min), walked around lost lake, rented bikes, etc. It is located across from the fairmont and lots of activ
ities at the base of Blackcomb, as well as a farmers market. Quieter than Whistler Village, which was nice. Mountain biking & hiking was fantastic. Pais, Calgary Alberta
We stayed here for 15 nights - a party of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 kids) and we cannot fault the condo. The space was great for our group and having TVs in all rooms meant the kids could watch their shows while we chatted, watched TV or listened to music in the sitting area. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and the fit out and the tea and coffee on hand was ideal. The location cannot be beaten, a 5 min walk for the kids to get to ski school in the morning and a quiet location at night. Paul was great throughout the booking process and the staff at reception were always helpful and on hand for any other queries. The pool and hot tubs were used heaps and the ease of having the sports shop store our skis was fab too. Paul, thanks heaps we had a ball! Pippa M.
My family had the opportunity to stay in Paul's condo in Glacier Lodge in the Upper Village. The condo was awesomely located at the base of Blackcomb, an easy walk to everything in the village, the lifts at Blackcomb (from which you can end up anywhere on Whistler or Blackcomb), near shops and restaurants etc. The Whistler shuttle stop was just steps away, which could take you everywhere else in the main village in just minutes - though even the main village shops and locations were very walkable from the condo. The condo was clean, well equipped, the beds extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Whistler and would not hesitate myself on staying here again when I visit. The location would be good for either winter or summer activities at Whistler. Shahana A.
