Whistler Lift Ticket Terms and Conditions:

Kids Ski Free Offer:

Child is entitled to free lifts ticket when adult purchases lift ticket for same dates and duration. Tickets must be purchased by November 15th deadline.


Lift Ticket Pickup:

Lift Tickets are delivered to your accommodation on your arrival day.

The lift ticket purchaser's signature and photo ID will be required when tickets are picked up in Whistler Resort.


Lift Ticket Order Process:

Your start date (first day of skiing) for Whistler lift tickets must be at least 4 days after the day you order your tickets online.

After your ticket order has been placed, you must print your receipt and bring it to Whistler with you. Your receipt contains important information.


Lift Ticket Pricing:

All prices and information quoted on this website are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep this website up to date with prices and information but please be aware that there may be times whereby we are not notified of price changes from the ticket issuer. In the event on a pricing discrepancy between pricing listed on this website and the issuer, the price of the ticket will be adjusted at time of purchase and details will be outlined in the final purchase confirmation sent to you.


Discount Ticket Eligibility:

Discounted tickets are available exclusively to guests who have booked accommodations.

Rental accommodation receipt will be required when receiving your lift tickets upon arrival in Whistler.


Keep Your Ticket Stubs:

Each Whistler Blackcomb lift ticket features a removable stub on the bottom.

Immediately after picking up your lift tickets, you must tear off these stubs and put them in a safe place.

If your lift tickets are lost or stolen, take your stubs to Guest Relations representative at the Whistler Village Gondola Base, or Blackcomb Base to have unused ticket days replaced.


Whistler Blackcomb Ticket Replacements:

Lost or stolen tickets (or unused portions thereof) which are reported immediately to Whistler Blackcomb Guest Relations and which are cancelled prior to the expiry of the unused portions.

Ticket replacements or refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for lost or stolen tickets or ticket portions thereof which are reported as lost or stolen after the expiry of the unused days in question, even if the lost or stolen tickets or ticket portions were never validated.

All other refunds of partially used or completely unused tickets must be addressed while in the resort, at the discretion of a Guest Relations representative at the Whistler Village Gondola Base, or Blackcomb Base.

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks.


Whistler Blackcomb Ticket Refund Policy:

Due to frequent weather changes, Whistler Blackcomb lift ticket window prices may differ from our discounted lift tickets. All guests will receive the lowest ticket price. Should the window price be less than the our price, please go to the Whistler Blackcomb window for a refund.

In the event that inclement weather forces Whistler Blackcomb to close both mountains.

Injury or illness, accompanied by a doctor's note or written statement from the Whistler Blackcomb Ski Patrol.
